紅埔桃｜紅葡萄酒

紅埔桃的風味醇厚，口感酸甜均衡，保留葡萄天然鮮酸的滋味，口感輕盈清爽。


「紅埔桃酒」是由以釀酒為職志的陳千浩老師與樹生酒莊洪吉倍父子聯手合作。 十四年不斷改善釀造技術，並運用台灣原本不利釀酒葡萄生長及釀酒的高溫高濕環境，首創以加入白蘭地強化後的葡萄酒放入橡木桶中熟成五年以上的熱熟成方式釀造，產量稀少且極為珍貴。產量稀少且極為珍貴，尤其經自然揮發後去蕪存菁，風味醇厚並保留原先天然鮮酸的滋味，口感酸甜均衡、輕盈清爽。獲得數次國際大獎
